My car won’t start — is it the battery?
Often, yes, and a jump tells us in about a minute. If it fires up and holds, you’re on your way. If it dies again right after, the battery or alternator is done and we’ll get you to a shop.
Is a jump start safe for a modern car?
It is when it’s done right. We use proper equipment and correct polarity and connection points, which is exactly what protects the sensitive electronics in a newer vehicle.
